Par 5, 525 yards

Here it is, the dramatic finishing hole for the 2007 United States Deaf Golf Championships.  This reachable par 5 will play around 525 yards and be reachable for those that hit a big enough tee shot.  The landing area for drives is guarded by several bunkers at the top of a small crest in the wide fairway.  The challenge starts once you reach this point.  Now the player must decide to attack the water guarded green or lay-up with a short iron and hit a wedge to the putting surface.  The lake to the left and front of the green will grab the miss-hit second shot.  For those in need of birdies and eagles, this will be the place to make a move on the leader.  For the player looking to be a champion, this will be where they can make an easy par or birdie to claim the title.
